Who
ScanParks is a Swedish Dutch real estate development company working in Sweden with Swedish agreements under Swedish law.

Why
We started this company after we made a thorough inventory of suitable locations all over Europe. Sweden is in our opinion by far the most interesting country for having a first or second residence. The fine and warm summers, the real winters with all snow activity, combined with a very good infrastructure at all levels and marvelous nature ensures you of a great time and living among friendly people with an appetite for good food and all the pleasures of life. Sweden also provides a very good healthcare system and good conditions for the mobility of disabled people. Prices at the supermarket can be compared with those in Germany and lower alcohol beer is of high quality and has the same price level as normal beer in the rest of Europe. Combined with a very low criminality rate, Sweden could be the choice for your next home.

How
In the first stage of a project, after we purchased a top location and all the permits, we design the outline planning and mark the plots, together with a landscape professional. We also select one or more established housing companies and select a number of house models and seizes. From this moment on you as a customer can do an option on a plot and select one of the house models we offer. Of course all of our plots in a park could be interesting for you, but immediately after the start of offering a project to the market, you have the first choice. As a new house owner you will be a member of the association of owners of the park.

When
Within approximately one year after the start of the project we will deliver your bungalow or house, ready and clean for moving in. Because we build several houses in a time, you don't have the hassle of having building activity in your back garden, long after purchasing the keys of your new house or bungalow. In the coming period we will start with offering the first 65 plots in a park of about 44 ha, just beside a lake in south Dalarna.

Where
ScanParks has selected a handful of one of the best locations all around Sweden; we offer lake and forest locations, airparks, ski and golf areas and locations with seaside. Even in the more remote areas you will find all services within direct or reasonable distance.

Partners
Our most important partners are the local communities and some governmental organizations. Together with them we established a good working relation with them, together with Sweden larger landowners. Both for housing manufacturing and construction, we work exclusively with well established Swedish companies with high reputation. Also for banking, legal and accountancy, we work with well established organizations within the region if available. For each project we select these organizations and companies within the region of this project, to make sure that we retain the highest service and quick response.
