Scanparks is relatively new on the Swedish market and already responsible for the development of several high quality housing projects. Our goal is to develop high standard residential area's for people who seek a comfortable and modern living area for themselves and their family.
In Stockholm en the Malmö region we introduce Dutch building related companies and organizations, to gain business, share expertise and team-up with local players. We are planning to do this for Swedish firms within the Dutch market as well.
Our company is independent, Swedish registered and we work with well respected and established organizations and companies in a diversity of disciplines in the field of designing, planning, engineering and constructing. In this professional environment we take responsibility for all stages in the building development process, until we hand over the key of the new building to our client...

For Swedish participants in competitions it can be very worthwhile to partner with one of our partners, for design competitions move more to an international field of players.
